• Maintain professional conduct in all communications
• Notify employers if you are no longer available for opportunities

2.2 Employer Users: As an employer, you agree to:

• Post accurate and legitimate job opportunities
• Respond to applications in a timely manner
• Maintain professional conduct in all communications
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations

3.1 Prohibited Content: You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
• Contains discriminatory language based on race, gender, religion, etc.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information
• Includes spam or unsolicited commercial content

3.2 Job Postings: Employers must ensure job postings:

• Accurately describe the position and requirements
• Include legitimate employment opportunities
• Comply with equal opportunity employment laws
• Clearly state application requirements and process

4.1 Platform Content: All Job Spring platform content, including logos, design, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content: You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Job Spring a license to display and distribute it through our platform.

4.3 Trademarks: Job Spring name and logos are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.

Job Spring provides a platform for connecting graduates and employers. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of user-provided information
• Employment decisions made by employers
• Job acceptance decisions made by graduates
• Communications between users

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or platform notifications.

Continued use of Job Spring after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
